      61-4101.   Lost or destroyed court files.Theapplicable provisions of article 25 ofchapter 60 of theKansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, relating to lost ordestroyed courtfiles and records,shall govern lost court files and records in actions pursuant to the code ofcivil procedure for limited actions,except as otherwiseprovided in the rules of the supreme court of this state.
