      64-104.   Validation of prior publications in newspapers having patentinsides or outsides.All legal publications heretofore made in newspapers having oneside of the paper printed away from the office of publication, and known aspatent insides or patent outsides, shall have the same force and effect asif published in newspapers wholly printed and published in such countywhere such publication was made.
