Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-123.   Funeral services.Funeral services for individuals who have died while suffering from an infectiousor contagious diseaseshall be conducted in accordance with rules and regulations of thesecretary of health and environment. In diseases requiring quarantine ofcontacts, a public funeral service may be permitted only if the casketremains closed and those contacts subject to quarantine who attend thefuneral are adequately segregated from the public.
