Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-129d.   Same; unlawful discharge fromemployment.It shall be unlawful for any public or private employer todischarge anemployee solely because the employee or an immediate family member of theemployee is under an order of isolation or quarantine.The violation of this section is punishable as a violation of K.S.A. 65-129 andamendments thereto.
