Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-153e.   Same; penalty for violating 65-153b to 65-153e.Any person who shall willfully violate any of the provisions of this actshall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall bepunished by a fine of not more than five hundred ($500) dollars or byconfinement in the county jail for six (6) months.
