65-157. Same; analysis by office of laboratory services; dispositionof fees.The analysis of all waters required in the rules and regulations shallbe made by the office of laboratory services of the department of healthand environment and the fees collected under the provisions of this act bythe secretary of health and environment shall be remitted by the secretaryto the state treasurer in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeach suchremittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amountin the statetreasury to the credit of thestate general fund.
