Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-163h.   Same; intended use plan for available moneys.After providing for public comment and review each year, thesecretaryshall prepare a plan identifying the intended uses of the moneys availablein the fund. The intended use plan shall include, but not be limited to:

      (a)   The project priority list;

      (b)   a description of the short- and long-term goals and objectives of thefund;

      (c)   information on the projects to be financed,including a description thereof, the terms of loans to be provided andthe municipalities receiving the loans; and

      (d)   the criteria and method established for the provision of loans to bemade from the fund.
