Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-169.   Same; penalties for failure to comply with requirements ofsecretary.Any person, company, corporation, institution or municipality who shallfail to furnish, on demand, to the secretary of health and environment suchinformation as may be required by said secretary under the provisions ofthis act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shallbe punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) and not morethan five hundred dollars ($500). Any person, company, corporation,institution or municipality who shall fail to fully comply with therequirements of the secretary of health and environment herein authorizedto be made shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon convictionshall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) andnot more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each offense. The failure tocomply with such requirements in each day in which such failure is madeshall be considered to constitute a separate offense.
