Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-170c.   Penalties for making false statement, representation orcertification.Any person who knowingly makes any false statement, representation orcertification in any application, record, report, plan or other documentfiled or required to be maintained under the provisions of K.S.A. 65-161 to65-171h, inclusive, or any amendments thereto, or who falsified, tamperswith or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring device or methodrequired to be maintained pursuant to said statutes, shall be punished uponconviction by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) and notmore than ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Each day in which the failure tocomply with such requirements or other violation continues shall constitutea separate offense.
