Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-171e.   Same; investigations, services and orders; fees.All investigations, services and orders rendered, issued or promulgatedunder the provisions of K.S.A. 65-171d, and amendments thereto, shall bemade by suchagency, section or division of the department of health and environment,or any of them, as may be designated by the secretary of health andenvironment, and all fees collected shall be remitted by the secretaryto the state treasurer in accordance with theprovisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receipt ofeachsuchremittance, the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amountin the state treasury to thecredit of the stategeneral fund.
