      65-171w.   Same; establishment of pollutant discharge cleanup fund.There is hereby established in the state treasury a special funddesignated the pollutant discharge cleanup fund for the use of thedepartment of health and environment in paying for cleanup workundertaken in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 65-171v. The statetreasurer shall maintain a balance in such fund notto exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
