Sanitary supervision by secretary of health andenvironment.In the interest of the public health, and to prevent the spread ofcontagious and infectious diseases, the secretary of health andenvironment is charged with the sanitary supervision of all barbershops, barber schools, public bathhouses and public bathrooms in thestate.
