      65-183.   Same; report by physicians to secretary.Every physician having knowledge of a case of congenital hypothyroidism,galactosemia or phenylketonuria and other genetic diseasesas may be detected with tests given pursuant to this act in one of suchphysician's own patients shall report the case to the secretary of health andenvironment on forms provided by the secretary.
