Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-1,106.   Statewide program for sickle cell anemia testing; informationconfidential; exception; penalty.Any information obtained from such program of tests for sickle celltrait and sickle cell anemia shall be confidential and shall not bedisclosed except upon the consent of the person upon whom such test wasperformed: Provided, That if such person is eighteen (18) years ofage or younger the results of such test may be made known to the parentsof such person without the prior consent of such person. Any personviolating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of aclass C misdemeanor.
