      65-1,115.   Contract for health data and information relating to diabetes mellitus.The secretary of health and environment is hereby authorized to contractwith an organization or organizations which collect health data for thepurpose of obtaining health data and statistical information relating tothe prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Kansas, the patients or persons whohave diabetes mellitus, the date and age of person at the onset of the disease,if available, the type and method of treatment, if available, and otherrelevant data relating to diabetes mellitus which the secretary may require.
