      65-1,117.   Penalty for disclosure of confidential information.Any person, association, firm, corporation, organization or otheragency willfully or knowingly permitting or encouraging the disclosure ofinformation obtained pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 65-1,115 and nototherwise authorized to be disclosed under K.S.A. 65-1,116 shall be guiltyof a class C misdemeanor.
