      65-1,118.   Act not to effect mode of treatment.Nothing in this act shall be construed or operate to empower or authorizethe secretary to restrict in any manner the right of a physician to recommenda mode of treatment for diabetes mellitus or to restrict in any manner anindividual's right to select the mode of treatment of his or her choice.
