Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-1,148.   Sanitation standards defined; rules andregulations of thesecretary establishing sanitation standards for persons and entitiesregulated by state board of barber examiners and state board ofcosmetology.(a) As used in this section, "sanitation standards" meansstandards for personal and environmental sanitation and for the preventionof infectious and contagious diseases.

      (b)   The secretary of health and environment shall adopt rules andregulations establishing sanitation standards for professions, shops,salons, facilities, clinics, schools andcolleges regulated by the state board of barber examiners or the stateboard of cosmetology.
