      65-1,211.   Same; additional remedies.Notwithstanding any other remedy and in addition to anyotherremedy, the secretary may maintain, in the manner provided by the act forjudicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions, an action in the nameof the state of Kansas for injunction or other process against any businessentity or individual to restrain or prevent any violation of the provisions ofthe residential childhood lead poisoning prevention act or of any rules andregulations adopted under the residential childhood lead poisoning preventionact.
