Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 1.--SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT, ACTIVITIES

      65-1,230.   Same; department oversight andtracking.(a) The department shall provide oversight of theenvironmental use control forproperty to ensure that the property is being used only for the purposespermitted by the terms of theenvironmental use control agreement and is not being used in a manner that isprohibited orrestricted by the terms of the agreement.

      (b)   The department shall develop and maintain an environmental use controltracking systemon all approved environmental use controls. The tracking system data shall bemade available to thepublic in a manner which allows review by either city or county and shallinclude the following:

      (1)   Name of the property;

      (2)   address of the property, including the city and county;

      (3)   legal description of the property;

      (4)   cause and type of the environmental contamination;

      (5)   description of the environmental use control; and

      (6)   duration of the environmental use control.
