      65-1,234.   Review of agency actions.Any person adversely affected by any order or decision ofthe secretary pursuant to this act, within 15 days after service of the orderor decision, may request in writing ahearing. Hearings under thissection shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansasadministrative procedureact.Any action of the secretarypursuant to this section is subject to review in accordance with the act forjudicialreview andcivil enforcement ofagency actions.
