Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 11.--REGULATION OF NURSING

      65-1126.   Invalidity of part.If any provision of this act or the application to any person orcircumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of thisact are declared to be severable.
