Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1432.   Change of practice locationaddress.Every licensed dentist, upon establishing a practice location or uponchanging the place at which suchlicensed dentist practices dentistryshall furnish the executive director of theboardwithin 30 days after such action the new practicelocation address.
