Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1433.   Duplicate license; fee.In case of a lost or destroyed license, and upon satisfactory proof of the lossor destructionthereof, the board may issue a duplicate licenseupon payment of the duplicatelicense fee fixed by the board pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1447 and amendmentsthereto.
