Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1451.   Injunctions.When it appears to the board that any person is violating any of theprovisions of this act, the board may in its own name bring an action in acourt of competent jurisdiction for an injunction. Any such actionshall be taken in accordance with the provisions of the act for judicialreview and civil enforcement of agency actions.
