Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1454.   Witnesses; incriminating testimony compelled; exempt fromprosecution.No person shall be excused from testifying in any proceeding before theboard under this act, or in any civil proceeding under this act before acourt of competent jurisdiction, on the ground that his testimony mayincriminate him, but any person shall not be prosecuted on account of anytransaction or matter or thing concerning which he shall be compelled totestify, nor shall such testimony be used against him in any prosecutionfor any crime under the laws of this state.
