Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1457.   Licensure required to practice dentalhygiene.It shall be the duty of all licensed dental hygienists who engage in thepractice of dental hygiene to be licensed. Except as otherwiseprovidedunder the dental practices act, the form, method andall provisions relating to the renewal of licenses of dentists shall apply tothe renewal oflicenses ofdental hygienists.
