Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 14.--REGULATION OF DENTISTS AND DENTAL HYGIENISTS

      65-1461.   Invalidity of part.If any clause, section, phrase or word of this act be declaredunconstitutional or invalid for any reason by any court of competentjurisdiction, the remaining portion or portions of this act shall be andremain in full force and as valid as if such clause, section, phrase orword had not been incorporated therein.
