Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 15.--REGULATION OF OPTOMETRISTS

      65-1513.   Violation of act.Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act shall be guiltyof a class C misdemeanor for the first offense, and for the second and eachsubsequent offenseshall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor.It isthe duty of the respective county and district attorneys to prosecuteall violators of this act.
