Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 15.--REGULATION OF OPTOMETRISTS

      65-1521.   Reinstatement of license after revocation.At any time after the expiration of one year, application may be made forreinstatement of any licensee whose license shall have been revoked, andsuch application shall be addressed to the secretary-treasurer of theboard. The board may promulgate suchrules and regulations concerning notice and hearing of such application asare deemed necessary.
