      65-1524.   Practice of optometry by corporation orlimited liability company prohibited, exceptions.Nothing contained herein shall be construed to allow acorporation except as provided in K.S.A. 17-2706 and amendments thereto or alimited liability company except as provided in K.S.A. 2002 Supp. 17-7668and amendments thereto topractice, offer, or undertake to practice or hold itself out as practicingoptometry.
