65-1628a. Review bond.If the licensee, registrant or permit holder petitions for review, the onlybond required shall be one running to the state, in an amount to be fixed bythe court for the payment of the costs both before the board and in thedistrict court. Such bond shall be approved by the judge of the district court.The giving of such a bond by the licensee, registrant or permit holder shallnot operate to stay the order of the board or restore the right of thelicensee, registrant or permit holder to engage in the profession or businessfor which the license, registration or permit was issued or remove anycondition upon engaging therein pending review, but a stay may be granted inaccordance with K.S.A 77-616, and amendments thereto.
