      65-1640.   Act not applicable to manufacture or to certain sales of poisons.Nothing contained in the pharmacy act of the state of Kansasshall prevent the manufacture byany person of any poisons, nor shallanything in such act prevent the sale by any person of any poisons when thepoison is sold in unbroken packages and is labeledas required by law.
