Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 16.--REGULATION OF PHARMACISTS

      65-1647.   Repeated violations of act or rules and regulations may beenjoined.The board may in its discretion, in addition to the remedies set forthin the preceding section, apply to the court having jurisdiction over theparties and subject matter for a writ of injunction to restrain repetitiousviolations of the provisions of the pharmacy act of the state of Kansas orviolations of any valid rule and regulation made under the authorityconferred by such act.
