      65-1691.   Same; board consultation with advisorycommittee; annual report.In consultation with and upon recommendation ofthe prescription monitoring program advisory committee,the board shall review the effectiveness of the prescription monitoringprogram and submit an annual report to the senate standing committee on publichealth and welfare and the house standing committee on health and humanservices.
