Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 17.--REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

      65-1705.   Penalties for violations.Any person who shall advertise, practice or holdoneself out as practicing the science of embalming without having compliedwith theprovisions of this act shall be guilty of a class A nonperson misdemeanor.
