Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 17.--REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

      65-1715.   Same; examination fee.All persons shall be licensed as funeral directors only after dueexamination by the state board of mortuary arts and the payment of anexamination fee. The examination fee shall be in the amount fixed bythe board in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A.65-1727 and amendments thereto. The examination fee shall be inaddition to the license fee.
