Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1816.   Exemptions.The following persons are exempt from the provisions of this act, whilein the discharge of their professional duties: (a) Persons licensed by thelaw of this state to practice medicine and surgery or chiropractic; (b)commissioned medical or surgical officers of the United States army, navyor marine hospital service; (c) registered nurses; (d) undertakers andmorticians; and licensed cosmetologists and apprentices.
