Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1817a.   Disposition of moneys; board of barbering fee fund.The board shall remit all moneys received byor for it from fees, charges or penalties to the state treasurer inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of each suchremittance,the state treasurershalldeposit the entire amount in the state treasury. Twenty percentofeach such deposit shall be credited to the state general fund andthe balance shall be credited to the board ofbarbering fee fund. Allexpenditures from such fund shall be made in accordance with appropriationacts upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuantto vouchers approved by the chairperson of the board or bya person or personsdesignated by the chairperson.
