Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1821.   Same; reinstatement.

      When a license has been refused, suspended orrevoked, the person aggrieved thereby may apply for reinstatement, andsuch reinstatement shall be granted by the board upon showing that the reasontherefor no longer exists.
