Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1822.   Unlawful acts; penalties.Each of the following constitutes a misdemeanor punishable uponconviction by a fine of not less than $10 and not more than $100: (a) Theviolation of any of the provisions of this act;(b) obtaining or attempting to obtain alicense for anyother than the required fee, or for any other thing of value or byfraudulent misrepresentations; (c) practicing or attempting to practice byfraudulent misrepresentations.
