Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1825a.   Rules and regulations; sanitation standards.(a) Except with regard to sanitation standards provided for by K.S.A.65-1,148, and amendments thereto, the board may adopt rules and regulationsnecessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The rules and regulations ofthe board shall be posted for public inspection in the main office of the boardand a certified copy thereof shall be filed in the office of the administrativeofficer of the board. The board may also publish such rules and regulations inpublications representing the barbering industry.

      (b)   The board shall furnish a copy of the sanitation standards adoptedpursuant to K.S.A. 65-1,148 and amendments thereto toeach person to whom a license is granted and a copy shallbe posted in a conspicuous place in each barber shop, barber school and barbercollege by the manager thereof.
