Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 18.--EXAMINATION, REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF BARBERS

      65-1835.   Licensing barbershops; fees; compliance with sanitary standardsrequired.The board shall license barber shops and shall issue licensestherefor upon payment of the prescribed fees, if the board finds the barbershop to be in compliance with its rules and regulations and the sanitationstandards prescribed pursuant to K.S.A. 65-1,148 and amendments thereto.
