65-1927. Penalties for violations.Any person who operates an unlicensed tanning facility in thisstate or violates this act or any rules and regulationsadoptedby the board or by the secretaryof health and environment, as provided by K.S.A. 65-1925, and amendmentsthereto,shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
