Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 19.--LICENSURE OF ENTITIES BY STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY

65-1944. Same; address of place of business,licensee to notify board inwriting; license to be posted; record of address of licensed facility; noticesto licensee; issuance of license.(a) A person who holds a license shall notify the board inwriting of the regular address of the licensedestablishment where the person performsor intends to perform tattooing, cosmetic tattooing or body piercing andshall keep the licenseconspicuously postedin the establishment at all times.

(b) The board shall keep a record of the place or places of business ofeach person who holds a license.

(c) Any notice required to be given by the board to a person who holdsa license may be given by mailing the notice to the address of the last placeof business of which the person has notified the board.

(d) The board shall issue to each qualified applicant a license tooperate a tattooing,cosmetic tattooing or body piercing establishment and to advertisetattooing, cosmetic tattooingor body piercing services for which the establishment islicensed.

(e) Each establishment for tattooing, cosmetic tattooing or body piercingshall conspicuously post the establishment's license in the establishment atall times.
