65-221. Same; services; fees; personnel; expenditures.The county health department is hereby authorized to provide communitynursing care services and to collect fees for said services, to thosepersons living in counties in the state where in the judgment of thecounty health department adequate home or clinic nursing care is nototherwise provided.
In order that it may effectively render community nursing careservices, the county health department is authorized to employ thenecessary personnel, including nursing and supervisory personnel, andshall have authority further to purchase equipment and materialsnecessary to maintain an effective program of community nursing careservice.
