Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 20.--REGULATION OF PODIATRISTS

      65-2007.   Violation of act; penalty.Any person who knowingly violates any of the provisions of this actshall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than three hundreddollars ($300) or shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period ofnot to exceed ninety (90) days.
