      65-2410.   Same; state registrar to prepare and file, when.If neither parent of the newborn child whose birth is unattended is able toprepare a birth certificate, thestate registrar or the state registrar's designeeshall secure the necessary information from any person having knowledge ofthe birth and prepare and file the certificate. The secretary shallprescribe the time within which a supplementary report furnishinginformation omitted from the original certificate may be returned for thepurpose of completing the certificate. Certificates of birth completed by asupplementary report shall not be considered delayed or altered.
