Chapter 65.--PUBLIC HEALTH Article 24.--UNIFORM VITAL STATISTICS ACT

      65-2415.   Form of certificates.The forms of certificates shall include as a minimum the items requiredby the respective standard certificates as recommended by the nationaloffice of vital statistics subject to approval of and modification bythe secretary. The form and use of such certificate shall be subject tothe provisions of K.S.A. 65-2422.
