Vital statistics integrated informationsystem; revenue bonds authorized for prescribed activities by Kansasdevelopment finance authority.The activities of the secretary of health and environmentinimplementing andmaintaining the vital statistics integrated information system in thedepartment of health and environment and in acquiring financing for acquisitionof equipment, technology, software, related capital improvements for remodelingor renovating and operating expenditures for the implementation and maintenanceof the vital statistics integrated information system in the department ofhealth and environment are hereby approved for the department of health andenvironment for the purposes of subsection (b) of K.S.A. 74-8905 and amendmentsthereto and the authorization of one or more series of revenue bonds by theKansas development finance authority in accordance with that statute.
